憧れのNo.1ヒーロー・オールマイトと出会った“無個性”の少年・緑谷出久、通称「デク」は、その内に秘めるヒーローの資質を見出され、オールマイトから“個性”ワン・フォー・オールを受け継いだ。デクはヒーロー輩出の名門・雄英高校に入学し、クラスメイトたちと互いを高め合う切磋琢磨の毎日を過ごしていた。
1学期を終え、雄英高校は夏休みへ。デクたちヒーロー科の生徒は、プロヒーローの仮免許取得に向けた心技体の強化のための林間合宿に臨むことになる。そこにはこれまでよりもさらに過酷な試練が待ち受けていた！そんな中、メンバーを増やしより強力になっていく、死柄木弔率いる敵＜ヴィラン＞連合が林間合宿に狙いを定める。そして、その背後には、オールマイトの宿敵である“巨悪”オール・フォー・ワンの姿が…。
デクたちヒーロー候補生やプロヒーローたちと、邪悪な敵＜ヴィラン＞たちとの激しい戦いが、いよいよ始まる！！

In a world where possessing superpowers known as Quirks is the norm, Izuku Midoriya, who goes by Deku, is Quirkless. One day, however, he meets his idol and No. 1 hero All Might, who recognizes Deku’s innate potential as a hero and transfers his Quirk, One for All, to Deku.
He enrolls in the prestigious U.A. High School, where he spends his days honing his skills with his classmates, helping each other in the process.
After completing their first semester, the students of U.A. High School go on summer break. Deku and other students in the Hero Course participate in a forest training camp to strengthen their skills and obtain Provisional Hero Licenses. Awaiting them are trials that are more grueling than ever! But amidst this, the League of Villains, led by Tomura Shigaraki and now more powerful with new members, sets its sights on the training camp. Behind it all is All for One, the greatest enemy of All Might.
A fierce showdown begins as Deku and the other aspiring Heroes join the professional Heroes to face off against and the evil Villains!
