超常能力“個性”を持つ人間が当たり前の世界。憧れのNo.1ヒーロー・オールマイトと出会った“無個性”の少年・緑谷出久、通称「デク」は、その内に秘めるヒーローの資質を見出され、オールマイトから“個性”ワン・フォー・オール(OFA)を受け継いだ。デクはヒーロー輩出の名門・雄英高校に入学し、“個性”で社会や人々を救ける“ヒーロー”になることを目指し、ヒーロー科1年A組のクラスメイトたちと共に成長していく。
デクたちの雄英2年目の春。デクをはじめとするヒーローたちと、死柄木弔とオール・フォー・ワンの率いる敵＜ヴィラン＞はいよいよ最終決戦に突入し、日本各地で激しい戦いが繰り広げられる。轟焦凍とエンデヴァー、そして荼毘＝轟燈矢たち轟家の因縁、お茶子とトガの対峙は決着を見た。そしてついに、“個性”ワン・フォー・オールを全開にしたデクと、自身を乗っ取ろうとしたオール・フォー・ワンの意識を逆に取り込み完全に覚醒した死柄木。若返りで全盛期の力を取り戻したオール・フォー・ワン本体と、“無個性”ながらパワードスーツを纏った“アーマードオールマイト”。彼らの戦いが決着へ――！
果たして、デクの「僕たちが最高のヒーローになるまでの物語」はフィナーレで成し得るのか、それとも全てが崩壊するのか……!?

In a world where possessing superpowers known as Quirks is the norm, Izuku Midoriya, who goes by Deku, is Quirkless. One day, however, he meets his idol and No. 1 hero All Might, who recognizes Deku’s innate potential as a hero and transfers his Quirk, One for All, to Deku.
Enrolling at the prestigious U.A. High School, Deku strives to become a hero who can save society and people with his Quirk as he grows alongside his Class 1-A classmates.
Deku and his friends are now in their second year at U.A. Alongside other Heroes, Deku finally comes face to face with the Villains, who are led by Tomura Shigaraki and All For One, in a fierce, climactic showdown fought all across Japan. The fate of the Todoroki family, including Shoto Todoroki, Endeavor, and Dabi (who is revealed to be Toya Todoroki) reaches its conclusion, as does the confrontation between Ochaco and Toga. Deku unleashes the true power of his Quirk, while Shigaraki fully awakens by turning the tables and absorbing the consciousness of All For One, who had tried to take control of him. All For One himself regains the full power of his prime years, while the Quirkless All Might wears a mechanical suit, becoming Armored All Might. Now, their battle reaches its climax.
Will Deku and his friends succeed in becoming top Heroes in a glorious finale, or will everything come crashing down on them?
