中学２年生の墨村良守は、４００年続く間流結界術を受け継ぐ墨村家第２２代目当主予定の結界師だ。
毎夜、あやかしを呼び寄せる恐るべき力を秘めた烏森。
現在は中高一貫の学園が建つその烏森の地で、あやかし退治の家業を続けている。
同じ家業を継ぐ雪村家の娘、高校１年生の時音は、家同士の諍いもあり格好のライバルだ。
良守は幼いとき、修行の毎日の中で、未熟さから時音をあやかしに傷つけられ、以来、誰かが傷つくことがないよう、強くなることを決意した。
今日も新たなあやかしが烏森の地に現れる。
