平凡な毎日を送っていた航一だったが、
無許可でゲリラライブを行う自称アイドル・ポップ☆ステップ、
「クズ専門の“掃除屋”」を名乗る謎の覆面男・ナックルダスターに出会い、
「ヴィジランテ」の活動に巻き込まれていく。

非合法に人々を救ける彼らは、秩序を乱す犯罪者か、正義の自警団か。

Koichi Haimawari is an undistinguished university student. He longed to be a hero, but had to give up on his dreams.
His secret pleasure was wandering the city dressed in amazing cosplay outfits, striving to help people while pretending to be a professional hero.

Koichi’s ordinary life changes when he meets self‐professed idol Pop Step - who holds unauthorized surprise concerts - and the mysterious masked man Knuckle Duster - who claims to be a “cleaner” specialized in dealing with scum - and becomes entangled in the “Vigilante” activities.

They help people using illegal means - but are they criminals breaching the peace, or are they warriors for justice?
